The husband and wife team of John and Katherine Gallagher offers years of combined experience in real estate, sales and customer relations. John is an excellent client advocate, working to empower buyers and sellers while building trust and lasting relationships. With more than 25 years of proven sales experience, 20 of those years being in the Medical Device Industry collaborating with leading physicians (KOLs) throughout the country, John applies his sales experience and knowledge with diligence to best serve his clients. Katherine’s broad knowledge of the real estate industry stems from her more than twenty years of experience working not only in the luxury residential market, but also selling new homes, and working with the C-Suite executives at a Real Estate Investment Trust.
Together, John and Katherine place an emphasis on being confidential, discreet, and trustworthy in their relationships with clients, customers, and other professionals during the real estate transaction and beyond. Attention to detail and excellent communication are also a high priority. They recognize the great value to clients of keeping abreast of trends in community development that may impact the local housing market. John and Katherine are originally from the same hometown in Northern California but have also lived abroad in Europe and spent twenty years in Colorado prior to moving to Charleston. In their free time, the couple enjoys being with family, friends and their Golden Retriever, Bella, as well as being outdoors taking advantage of the Charleston
lifestyle. Tennis, pickleball, golf and boating are a few of their hobbies. Katherine also has a passion for interior design and staging. Being involved in their community is important to John and Katherine. They attend Seacoast Church and support local charitable organizations.
